SAP Process Manager (SAP Business by Design) (m/f/d)

Ihre Aufgaben

Leitung der Bewertung, der Entwicklung und der Implementierung von SAP-Prozessen über verschiedene Module hinweg
Arbeiten Sie mit den Stakeholdern des Unternehmens zusammen, um deren Anforderungen zu verstehen und sie in Initiativen zur Verbesserung der SAP-Prozesse umzusetzen
Analyse bestehender SAP-Prozesse und Identifizierung von Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten
Entwicklung und Pflege von Prozessdokumentationen, einschließlich Prozesslandkarten, Standardarbeitsanweisungen (SOPs) und Benutzerhandbüchern
Treiben Sie kontinuierliche Verbesserungsbemühungen voran, indem Sie Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) überwachen, Prozessmetriken analysieren und bei Bedarf Korrekturmaßnahmen implementieren
Zusammenarbeit mit IT, um SAP-Funktionen zu konfigurieren, anzupassen und zu verbessern, um optimierte Prozesse zu unterstützen
Bereitstellung von Schulungen und Support für Endbenutzer, um eine reibungslose Einführung neuer Prozesse und SAP-Funktionen zu gewährleisten
Bleiben Sie auf dem Laufenden über Branchentrends und Best Practices im SAP-Prozessmanagement und empfehlen Sie innovative Lösungen zur Verbesserung der Systemfunktionen

Wünschenswerte Zusatzkenntnisse

Bachelor-Abschluss in Informationstechnologie, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder einem verwandten Bereich
Nachgewiesene Erfahrung (>5 Jahre) im Umgang mit SAP-Systemen, einschließlich praktischer Erfahrung mit SAP-Modulen und -Funktionalitäten
Fundierte Kenntnisse der SAP-Prozesse und Best Practices mit Fokus auf Prozessoptimierung und -automatisierung
Ausgeprägte Analyse- und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten mit der Fähigkeit, Ursachenanalysen durchzuführen und effektive Lösungen zu entwickeln
Ausgezeichnete kommunikative und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten mit der Fähigkeit, effektiv mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams und Stakeholdern zusammenzuarbeiten
Erfahrung im Projektmanagement mit der Fähigkeit, mehrere Initiativen gleichzeitig zu verwalten und Ergebnisse innerhalb bestimmter Zeitpläne zu liefern
SAP-Zertifizierung(en) ist von Vorteil

Your Responsibilities

Lead the assessment, design, and implementation of SAP processes across various modules
Partner with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into SAP process improvement initiatives
Conduct thorough analysis of existing SAP processes, identifying areas for optimization and automation
Develop and maintain process documentation, including process maps, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and user guides
Drive continuous improvement efforts by monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing process metrics, and implementing corrective actions as needed
Collaborate with IT teams to configure, customize, and enhance SAP functionalities to support optimized processes
Provide training and support to end-users to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and SAP functionalities
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in SAP process management and recommend innovative solutions to enhance system capabilities

Essential Skills

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience (>5 years) working with SAP systems, including hands-on experience with SAP modules and functionalities
In-depth knowledge of SAP processes and best practices, with a focus on process optimization and automation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct root cause analysis and develop effective solutions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently and deliver results within specified timelines.
SAP certification(s) is a plus
