Als Facility Manager (m/w/d) arbeitest du vornehmlich an unserem Hauptsitz in München und bist wichtiger Teil unseres kleinen aber effizienten Inhouse Facility Management Teams. Bei der Vielfalt an täglichen Themen und Betreuung mehrerer Agile Robots Gebäude ist dir Abwechslung garantiert.

Abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben

Betreuung mehrerer Agile Robots Gebäude in München und gelegentliche Unterstützung in der Gebäudebetreuung an unseren Standorten in Kaufbeuren und Augsburg
Du übernimmst die Verantwortung, dass im Gebäude alles funktional ist und gebäudetechnisch reibungslos abläuft
Dabei kümmerst du dich um verschiedenste Kleinreparaturen im Gebäude oder an Möbeln
Auf- und Abbau von Möbeln fällt genauso in deinen Aufgabenbereich wie der Auf- und Abbau von Events
Du kümmerst dich um die Warenannahme sowie Lagerhaltung des Office Management (Getränke, Papier, Möbel, Materialien etc.)
Du bist erste Ansprechperson für Dienstleister und interne Mitarbeitenden in Hausmeisterfragen
Abhängig von den anfallenden Aufgaben besteht eine gewisse Flexibilität bei der Arbeitszeitgestaltung, diese Rolle umfasst keine Schichtarbeit & keinen Bereitschaftsdienst

Passend zum Profil

Du bringst ein gutes technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick mit, das du idealerweise bereits im Berufskontext unter Beweis stellen konntest
Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem handwerklichen oder technischen Beruf ist von Vorteil, wir sind aber auch offen für Quereinsteigende
Serviceorientierter, anpackender und eigenständiger Arbeitsstil
Du verstehst dich als "Feel-Good Manager" auf gebäudetechnischer Ebene
Die Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen internen Abteilungen und externen Dienstleistern macht dir Spaß
Fließende Deutsch- oder Englischkenntnisse, idealerweise bringst du Kenntnisse in beiden Sprachen mit
Führerschein Klasse B
Bereitschaft regelmäßig innerhalb von München zwischen den Gebäuden und gelegentlich nach Kaufbeuren/ Augsburg zu pendeln

About the role

In this role you'll primarily work at our headquarters in Munich and be an integral part of our small but efficient in-house facility management team. The different daily topics and supervision of several Agile Robots buildings guarantee variety.

Your Responsibilities

Supervision of several Agile Robots buildings in Munich and occasional support at our locations in Kaufbeuren and Augsburg
You will be responsible for ensuring that everything in the building is functional and runs smoothly in terms of building technology
You will take care of various small repairs in the building or on furniture
You will be responsible for setting up and dismantling furniture as well as setting up and dismantling events
You will take care of incoming goods and warehousing for Office Management (drinks, paper, furniture, materials, etc.)
You are the first point of contact for service providers and internal employees in janitorial matters
Depending on the tasks involved, there is a certain flexibility in the organisation of working hours, this role doesn't include any shift work or on-call duty

Essential Skills

You have a good technical understanding and manual dexterity, which you have ideally already been able to demonstrate in a professional context
Successfully completed training in a trade or technical profession is an advantage, but we are also open to career changers
Service-orientated, hands-on and independent working style
You see yourself as a ‘feel-good manager’ in facility management terms
You enjoy working with various internal departments and external service providers
Fluency in German or English, ideally you have knowledge of both languages
Class B driving licence
Willingness to commute regularly within Munich between the buildings and occasionally to Kaufbeuren/Augsburg
