About the role
We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) to be a close sparring partner for our business functions and production sites in Germany. This strategic role will work closely with site leadership to drive organizational effectiveness, support operational goals, and lead a versatile set of HR-related initiatives across the entire employee lifecycle.
Your Responsibilities
Strategic HR Business Partnering:
- Act as a trusted advisor to site leadership on all people-related matters
- Drive HR strategies aligned with business goals for manufacturing/production operations and business functions
- Partner with functional leaders to build workforce capabilities, enhance performance, support change initiatives and leadership development
Employee Lifecycle Management:
- Oversee all HR processes from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding in strong collaboration with our internal People Operations and Talent Acquisition teams
- Drive HR initiatives along the employee lifecycle, including but not limited to employee development plans, performance reviews & calibrations, promotions, organizational restructuring, internal mobility, and succession planning
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and corporate policies together with our People Operations team
- Analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and continuous improvement
Labor Relations:
- Lead negotiation processes in line with German labor law (workers‘ council knowledge required)
- Ensure legal compliance and proactively mitigate risks related to employee relations
