About the role

We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented individuals to operate robotic systems through a simple teleoperation interface. This role involves performing repetitive pick-and-place or object-manipulation tasks to support data collection. No engineering background is required.
This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on, routine work, can follow clear instructions, and are comfortable repeating the same task patterns for extended periods.
This is not an engineering, design, or programming role. No technical development, robotics engineering, or research responsibilities are involved.

Your Responsibilities

Robot Operation

Operate robotic arms through a guided teleoperation interface.
Perform repetitive manipulation tasks (e.g., pick-and-place, sorting) as instructed.
Follow step-by-step procedures to ensure consistent, high-quality demonstrations.

Task Execution & Quality

Ensure tasks are completed exactly as instructed to support reliable data collection.
Adhere to safety and operational rules at all times.

Collaboration & Feedback

Communicate clearly with supervising team members about any issues in task execution or usability of the interface.
Provide simple feedback on difficulties or inconsistencies encountered during robot operations.

Essential Skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow straightforward instructions.
Comfortable operating robotic arms or mechanical systems with guidance.
Basic computer skills.
Good hand-eye coordination.
Reliable, patient, and comfortable performing the same types of tasks repeatedly.
No formal engineering experience required.

Beneficial Skills

Familiarity with game controllers or other real-time control devices.
Previous experience with repetitive or routine manual/operational work.

Wir suchen zuverlässige und detailorientierte Mitarbeitende, die robotische Systeme über eine einfache Teleoperationsoberfläche bedienen. Die Tätigkeit umfasst wiederholte Pick-and-Place-Aufgaben sowie das manuelle Manipulieren von Objekten, um Daten für unser System zu sammeln. Eine technische oder ingenieurwissenschaftliche Ausbildung ist nicht erforderlich.
Diese Position eignet sich besonders für Personen, die praktische, routinierte Tätigkeiten schätzen, klare Anweisungen gut umsetzen können und sich wohlfühlen, über längere Zeit dieselben Arbeitsschritte zu wiederholen.
Dies ist keine Stelle im Bereich Engineering, Design oder Programmierung. Es sind keine Entwicklungs-, Forschungs- oder Robotik-Engineering-Aufgaben Teil dieser Rolle.

Abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben

Robotik-Bedienung

Bedienung von Roboterarmen über eine geführte Teleoperationsoberfläche.
Durchführung repetitiver Manipulationsaufgaben (z. B. Pick-and-Place, Sortieren) nach klaren Vorgaben.
Befolgung detaillierter Schritt-für-Schritt-Anleitungen zur Sicherstellung gleichbleibend hochwertiger Demonstrationen.

Aufgabenausführung & Qualität

Exakte Umsetzung aller Aufgaben entsprechend der Anweisungen zur Gewährleistung zuverlässiger Datenerfassung.
Einhaltung aller Sicherheits- und Betriebsrichtlinien.

Zusammenarbeit & Rückmeldung

Klare Kommunikation mit dem betreuenden Team über Probleme bei der Aufgabenausführung oder in der Bedienbarkeit der Oberfläche.
Abgabe einfacher Rückmeldungen zu Schwierigkeiten oder Auffälligkeiten während der Roboterbedienung.

Passend zum Profil

Hohe Aufmerksamkeit fürs Detail und Fähigkeit, einfache Anweisungen präzise zu befolgen.
Grundlegendes Wohlbefinden im Umgang mit Roboterarmen oder mechanischen Systemen unter Anleitung.
Grundkenntnisse im Umgang mit Computern.
Gute Hand-Auge-Koordination.
Zuverlässigkeit, Geduld und Bereitschaft, gleichartige Aufgaben wiederholt auszuführen.
Keine formale Ingenieurserfahrung notwendig.

Wünschenswerte Zusatzkenntnisse

Erfahrung mit Gamecontrollern oder anderen Echtzeit-Steuergeräten.
Berufserfahrung in repetitiven oder routinemäßigen manuellen/operativen Tätigkeiten.
