Senior Corporate Communications Manager (m/f/d)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Communications Manager to support and shape the company’s external communications strategy. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams and serve as a trusted partner to C-level executives, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging across media and stakeholders. Success requires extensive experience, strong collaboration, strategic thinking, and the ability to communicate clearly under tight deadlines or high-pressure situations.

Your Responsibilities
  • Collaboratively develop and execute the company’s corporate communications and PR strategy in alignment with business objectives.
  • Draft, edit, and oversee press releases and all related coordination, including messaging alignment, approvals, timing, distribution, follow-up and the creation of supporting Q&As.
  • Proactively manage media relations, acting as a key point of contact for journalists and ensuring consistent, accurate coverage.
  • Plan, organize, and execute press events, including concept development, logistics, spokesperson preparation, media briefings, and post-event follow-up.
  • Serve as a trusted communications partner to C-level executives, supporting them with high-impact PowerPoint presentations, speeches, talking points, and briefing materials.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain strong relationships with key external and internal stakeholders, including media, partners, community leaders and senior leadership.
  • Ensure consistency of corporate messaging across all external communications and executive materials.
  • Monitor media coverage and public perception, providing regular analysis, insights, and recommendations to senior management.
Your Profile
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience (5 + years) in corporate communications, PR, or media relations, ideally within technology, robotics, or related high-tech industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage press releases, create supporting Q&As, and coordinate complex media communications.
  • Strong experience planning and executing press events, media briefings, and executive communications.
  • Experience in working with senior leaders, providing support for presentations, speeches, talking points, and briefing materials.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in both English and German, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Strong strategic thinking, collaboration, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines or high-pressure situations.
  • Experience monitoring media coverage and public perception, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Established network of media contacts and relationships with key stakeholders is a plus.
