About the role
Our People & Talent team is looking for a HR Systems & Reporting Specialist (m/f/d) who can build on a solid foundation and help take our HR systems to the next level.

- Build custom reports and calculated fields
- Develop dashboards that support leadership decision-making

- Manage and optimize (future) integrations with Finance, IT, Supply Chain, and other third-party vendors
- Ensure clean data flow and alignment across the HR technology stack
- Collaborate closely with HR Operations, HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, IT, and Finance
Multi-Entity & Multi-Country Expansion
- Support and drive Workday expansions into new entities and countries
