About the role

Franka Robotics, a leading robotics company based in Munich, is seeking a creative and versatile Graphic Designer (m/f/d) to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our Senior Visual Designer (m/f/d), Product Management, and Marketing team to enhance our brand identity and scale our visual communication across all touchpoints. 

We are looking for a hands-on designer (m/f/d) who can translate complex robotic technology into impactful visual assets. You will be a key contributor to product marketing, ensuring that our marketing materials, digital assets, and physical merchandise reflect the innovation and quality of Franka Robotics. 

This role supports the execution of Franka’s visual identity across a wide range of channels, including: 

  • Visual Assets: Components for the website, social media, and user interfaces.  
  • ProductAssets: Sales decks, brochures, and technical flyers.
  • Internal Communications: High-impact presentation templates and internal branding initiatives.
  • Merchandise & Events: Corporate branding for apparel, office environments, and exhibition booths.

Your Responsibilities

Digital Support & Visualization 

  • Support UX/UI by designing visual assets and graphic components (e.g., icons and 2D/3D animations).
  • Collaborate withProductManagement and the UI team to improve the aesthetics and visual clarity of digital product interfaces.
  • Helprenderprototypes and products with realistic visuals to support product discovery.

Brand Execution & Consistency 

  • Support theteamin maintaining and evolving the Brand Guide.
  • Ensure a high level of visual consistency across logos, typography, and color schemes for all digital and print platforms.
  • Act as a brand guardian to ensure all outgoing materials align with our technological vision.

 

 Product & Sales Support 

  • Design and produce marketingcollaterals, including brochures, whitepapers, and digital advertisements.
  • Create engaging infographics and technical outlines that simplify complex hardware concepts for our customers.
  • Develop and polish high-stakes presentation materials for business development and sales teams.

 

Merchandise & Spatial Design 

  • Contribute tothe design and sourcing of branded merchandise and corporate apparel.
  • Contribute to the visual design of office spaces and showrooms to create a compelling visitor experience.
  • Assist ingraphicdevelopment for exhibition booths and large-scale event visuals.

Essential Skills

  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in graphic design, branding, and marketing materials (experience in tech or robotics is a plus).
  • Software Mastery: Proficiency intools likeAdobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and Figma, or similar.
  • Technical Visualization: Ability to create clean, professional infographics and schematics from technical information.
  • Detail Oriented: A sharp eye for typography, layout, and color theory.   
  • Collaboration: Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities and deadlines. 

Your Profile

  • Education: Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, orrelatedfield (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within a tech-drivenand user-orientedenvironment.   
  • Bonus: Experience with 3D rendering (SolidWorks/Rhino) or motion graphics is highly valued.
