In your role as Customer Support - Back Office, you will support the international support and service team in implementing, optimizing, and documenting processes. You will interact with customers regarding quotes and commercial matters for the after-sales department and take responsibility for ensuring smooth processing via SAP. You will also play a key role in the administration and optimization of the tools used.
Furthermore, you will share your knowledge with colleagues and other departments and serve as the link between the various functional areas.
