About the role

In your role as Customer Support - Back Office, you will support the international support and service team in implementing, optimizing, and documenting processes. You will interact with customers regarding quotes and commercial matters for the after-sales department and take responsibility for ensuring smooth processing via SAP. You will also play a key role in the administration and optimization of the tools used.


Furthermore, you will share your knowledge with colleagues and other departments and serve as the link between the various functional areas.

You are the perfect fit for this role thanks to your exceptional knowledge of after-sales processes and general operational workflows; you work in a structured manner and excel in communication.

 

Your Responsibilities

  • End-to-end order processing in SAP for all after-sales processes (returns, quotes, service orders, etc.)
  • Definition, optimization, and documentation of workflows and processes
  • Stakeholder, key user, and administrator for the tools used in support (SAP, JIRA Service Management, Confluence, etc.)
  • Knowledge transfer regarding processes and procedures to colleagues within the group
  • Analysis of data and preparation of reports

Your Profile

  • Completed business training or comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in international inside sales / customer service
  • Basic technical understanding
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation and enjoyment of daily interaction with colleagues and customers
  • Very good knowledge of English and German
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent SAP user skills; experience with JIRA and Confluence is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and in a structured manner, quick learner, and team player
