About the role

The Indirect Procurement Manager (m/f/d) is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing suppliers that provide goods and services supporting company operations. The role focuses on optimizing costs, ensuring quality and compliance, and building strategic supplier relationships across indirect spend categories such as IT, facilities, marketing, professional services, travel, and office supplies.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for indirect spend categories.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive procurement initiatives.
• Conduct supplier selection, RFQs/RFPs, contract negotiations..
• Manage supplier relationships and performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and company standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders from Finance, HR, IT, Marketing, Facilities, and other departments.
• Monitor procurement KPIs and spend analytics.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Mitigate supply and contractual risks.
• Maintain procurement documentation and contracts.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement or a related field.
• 3–8+ years of procurement and/or sourcing experience.
• Experience managing indirect spend categories.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Knowledge of procurement systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with strategic sourcing methodologies and category management.
• Experience of other business operations, controlling, accounting are beneficial.
